SAD without you

It’s been an interesting Winter.

Winter filled with snow showers, rainstorms, warm nights by fires, colder nights wrapped in my arms, than passionate days wrapped in yours.

Now it’s March.

I went out to be with you last weekend. I couldn’t take the distance anymore. I needed a hit. I’ve been strongly feening for a dose of your fresh air and warm rays. Your feeling as the cold wind battled the flush on the exposed skin of my blush face.

A welcomed war.

Closing my eyes I let your rays watch me, fully exposed and excited to be seen. A sensual dance of need and appreciation. Of look but don’t touch, but just know that I will always be dependent regardless of the distance.

Looking around I see that we’re being watched, but part of me loves it. Does that make me a sort of exhibitionist? Excited to be watched by the bare trees and full winter pines as the wind makes them dance for us, as I dance for you…

Without you, these last few months have made it impossible to feel normal. Feeling extra SAD, even while in my favorite season. No one understands the importance of your shine until our body screams for you, stopping all function until we see you.

Dear Sun & Mother Nature, I thank you for keeping me alive. Every day that I step out into you I feel blessed. I thank God because, without you, I am nothing. I will expose myself to you every day of my life if it means feeling alive and free. Thank you.

Happy Friday!
