In life, we collect memories.
Those extraordinary moments that were so incredibly powerful, that we can remember them as if it were yesterday. A page in our photo album stored in our minds and hearts.
I’ve always found it fascinating how vividly a memory plays when I close my eyes. I can smell the hints of nature’s fragrance, hear the sounds of the slow crashing waves, relive every emotion I felt at that moment. That nostalgic significance that for a very particular reason will forever be burned into my soul. Be it good or bad, we live to collect memories. The memories that have molded us, hurt us, loved us.
Memories that have allowed us to become who we are.
These are the stories that we will retell while reading our book titled Life. The tales our grandkids will admire us for, the ones that might also help them grow. Life is so extraordinarily beautiful that every day I wake up and give thanks for another twenty-four hours. A true blessing.
What type of memories have you been collecting lately?

I definitely feel this way even when I listen to some music. I can remember the specific things I was experiencing during the time. It’s such a time trip.

Nice sentiments. The images are very familiar, as we boated often in those waters. See https://wp.me/p37YEI-36t
